Passport Fund is operated by Reef, 5 Charles Crescent, Strathavon, Sandton, 2031, South Africa. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

This website

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Booking links

When you click a booking link, you go to a partner such as Booking.com, Travelstart, GetYourGuide or Airalo. That partner may set cookies so it can tell us a booking came from Passport Fund. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.

The app

The app stores your plan on your device. If you choose to sign in, we store your plan in your account so it syncs across devices. We never ask for ID numbers or banking details.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give them, your first name and the trip you are saving for. We use these only to tell you when the Passport Fund app launches. We never sell them.

Waitlist answers are stored in Google Forms, run by Google as our service provider. Google may store them on servers outside South Africa, under its own data-protection safeguards. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or the waitlist closes, then delete them.

To unsubscribe, email highveldreefai@gmail.com with the word "Unsubscribe" or reply "Unsubscribe" to any email we send. We remove you within 7 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact our Information Officer, Thabang Monareng, at highveldreefai@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
